WildBlue Communications Inc wilbdblue is a rip off ,they lie to you out right Albany,VermontEnglewood Colorado
I am a consumer of wildblue internet satellite dish,and they have slowed my speed down saying I have exceeded their ban with down load .Everyone in there employment that I have spoken to tells me something different, I called them to let them know that the free anti virus they installed was doing as many as 40 plus down loads on some days and asked them for a detailed list of the so called down loads that they say I have done,
they told me they do not keep a list of them that they have a company monitor the volume only,they have a meter on there home page that is suppose to help you monitor your usage ,I believe this doesn't keep accurate readings and have told them that the reading has changed when I refresh it and it is not suppose to.,I am paying for their most expensive package ,$70.00 per month,
I started out with there value pac and because they kept telling me my speed was going to be reduced because of band with usage,I upgraded to there middle package and then to there highest.all within a week.Now they have slowed me down and denied my connection between 5 and abt.10:45 pm.and some days not at all.
I pay for this access and can not use it.Is this legal?I am on Disability and have a limited income and they say if I cancel I will have to pay the remainder of my contract [23months] times 15.. They lie to you out right and do not uphold what they tell you before you buy their service.Before I signed anything I asked them about all the things I do on line and they told me that none of them would be a problem.
