Wildflowers Trading Company's website, www.wildflowerstrading.com, is still up and running. I informed their web host (www.dellhost.com) of their fraud (at [email protected]), but the web host has neither replied to my email nor shut down the web site. Since the web host has knowledge of the fraud, they are as legally responsible as the web site for any losses. So, if you sue Wildflowers Trading Company, sue the web host as well. You are more likely to be able to collect from the web host than the actual crooks themselves. Also, you can sue them in whatever state you placed the order, ie., your home state. It will still be tough to collect, but one you obtain a judgment, you can get someone else to collect it for a percentage. Be sure to specify fraud in your lawsuit and ask for punitive damages. I would sue for the maximum amount that you can in a small claims lawsuit. Good luck.
