William (Bill) Foley - Your Property Solutions Horrible waterproofing of basement Forty Fort Pennsylvania
I was referred Bill Foley of Your Property Solutions to have my basement waterproofed with a 25 year warranty. Mr. Foley explained to me that he would be putting on a special compound on the walls that would keep the water out. After Mr. Foley was done everything was fine, until the next time it rained. Water was squirting out of the water and was coming in worse than before he had come. After weeks of trying to contact (phone, fax, text, email) him to he finally answered. He said he would come back and try something else which he did. Then a few days later it rained again and the water was still coming in. After trying to contact him again with no response I filed a suit in small claims court. Of course he didn't show up. I eventually had to hire another company to waterproof my basement. Mr. Foley got me for $3,100. If you see the name William (Bill) Foley of Your Property Solutions I would seriously advise you to look for another contractor.
