Complaint Review: William Ficka - Orlando Florida

William Fick and his Wife Karla Brown have been scamming people all over the country for years. the currently reside in Kissimmee, FL. Karla brown currently has a debt collection business and they are pulling the same scam. This business found at http://collectionagencyservice.com/support.html is operating as of today (aka http://accountsreceivable.com/) but will eventually shut down and reopen under a different name. William T. Ficka III has been arrested in the past for Domestic Violence and both he and his wife have an interesting history of lawsuits in Osceola and Orange County. The Ficka family is also losing one or more homes to foreclosure in central Florida.

Even his daughter (in her early 20s) Sarah has started down the same path as her parents.

Recently Bill contacted someone I know and left a message saying that her brother-in-law (we will call him Sam) was sending his (Bill's) daughter (Sarah) inappropriate pictures and texts. He wanted to speak the Sam's wife to let her know what was going on. Bill also Called Sam's work and tried to get him fired. He also claimed that Sam was looking through ex-employee records and thats how Sam found Sarah's info to start calling. Bill spoke will Sam's boss trying to get Sam fired.

He of course is lying and we kept the recording of the message he left just in case.

We don't know for sure why Bill called Sam expect that his daughter may have worked for Sam a while back and been fired. This was likely a shakedown that never got off the ground.

I looked up Bill on the web and found so much about him and his wife, Karla Brown, it was obvious what these people were and that a good man was having his reputation destroyed by ths loser.

I looked up the number Bill called from and it was for a company called "Accounts Receivable." I called the number that Bill called from (he left a different number for Sam's wife to call saying it was his cell) and spoke with someone claiming to be "Mike Murphy" who at first said he was Bill's secretary. The truth is I was talking to Bill and the coward would not admit to who he is. Mike Murphy btw is the name of a Medal of honor winner who was recently featured in a movie about Navy Seals.

So after a few minutes "Mike" stated he would record the conversation in an effort to try and scare me. I thought this was funny as Bill (yes I know it was you coward) then denied knowing who Bill Ficka was and claimed Karla Brown owned the company. Funny how nervous he got when I pointed out that Karla was Bill's wife (amazing what you can learn when you know where to look). Bill pulled the same denial game when the cops called him later that night but quickly caved and admitted he was lying once he knew this was for real.

From searching the Florida Secretary of State neither Bill nor his wife currently have a valid business license and the Accounts Receivable (nice generic name huh) business is likely operating illegally

 This is a low class white trash family of grifters. Looking at Karla’s mug shot (Bill and Sarah’s mugshots can be found online was well) she looks like she may be an actual gypsy. Not often you meet one of those but even if not a gypsy she seems as much the con-artist as her husband.

I wish Sam would give me the ok to go after these people and make sure they spend some time in jail but like most lawbiding citizens he is afraid of what will happen next.

Bill I know you have Sam’s real name, SSN, DOB and everything else to ruin their credit. I have instructed the entire family to start pulling credit report and putting fraud alerts out. They have the recording you left and written statements of all involved. If you have even pulled a credit report on Sam or any of his family I think they will let me take over and you will see some jail time. Don’t bother threating me with a slander suit, the surest defense against slander is the truth and I have everything on you going back more than 10 years.
