William Long - Guaranteed Waterproofing Of Southern Indiana Ran up $2500 in Phone Sex calls to 900 numbers in 2 weeks Indianapolis Indiana
Bill Long signed a 6 month lease to move in as a roommate in my home.
He paid his rent and deposit, and utilities the 1st 2 months. Then he gave notice he was leaving by phone, after he moved out.
He stole my copy of the lease, many household items, and left his room a mess and then the Phone company took $936 out of my checking account the next day, instead of $71. Later more dating services billed ATT for another $1850. My checks bounced with many surcharges and ATT took an apeal, but would not resolve for 65-95 days.
After contacting his ex wife several times, Bill called and promised to pay up in cash. As of today, this has not taken place. He is a fraud, habitual liar, a professional con man, and does not pay his taxes. He should not become at renter on your property, and you should not do any business with him, as many of things are stolen property. He stole 2 lap top computers from a local business and gave one of them to his daughter, Katy. Her mother is considering returning it, if it is not paid for immediately.

I am sorry to hear about your experience with Mr Long. I know for a fact that you are not the first person he has done this to. He is currently serving a prison sentence in Plainfeild In on similar charges. He had rented a condo in Greenwood area. And left with out paying rent and then stole all the appliances as well.He was tried and convicted last Dec on that theft charge in Johnson Co.
I do not know if you ever got your money back or not. I doubt you did or ever will.
He is to be release the first of DEC.2010. You may want to contact AT&T and inform them of his current address so they can re coup the money they lost. Again I am sorry to hear of your experience with this person. Its a shame that he will soon be back on the streets again to spread his poison and con his next victim.
