I HAVE KNOWN WILLIAM NOBREGA FOR OVER 3 YEARS AND HAVE BEEN A MAJOR INVESTOR IN HIS COMPANY SOTERIA. I HAVE MET WILLIAM PERSONALLY AND HE GAVE A PRESENTATION ABOUT HIS VISION FOR THE COMPANY TO A GROUP OF MY COLLEAGUES IN HOBART, TASMANIA., WHICH WAS VERY WELL RECEIVED.
IN ALL MY DEALINGS WITH MR NOBREGA, HE HAS BEEN COURTEOUS , RESPECTFUL AND HONEST. HE HAS BEEN IN CONSTANT CONTACT WITH ME OVER THE PAST 3 YEARS CONCERNING MY INVESTMENT AND THE PROGRESS OF HIS COMPANY. AT NO TIME HAS THERE BEEEN ANY INDICATION OF UNETHICAL CONDUCT, ON THE CONTRARY HE HAS DEMONSTRATED RESILIENCE AND DETERMINATION TO DEVELOP A SUCCESSFUL AND PROFITABLE ENTERPRISE.
I HAVE NO HESITATION IN ENDORSING MR WILLIAM NOBREGA AS AN ENTREPRENEUR WITH INTEGRITY AND DETERMINATION TO SEE HIS VISION BECOME A HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL ENTERPRISE.

As the founder of Soteria it amazes me how individuals that recieved hundreds of thousands in fees continue to paint themselves as victims. I made evey mistake in the book when starting this venture we hired the wrong people, over paid and over hired. Fortunately our core investors stayed with the company and we are now moving towards the goals we orginally set. It is true that I went through a horrible divorce which was all my onw doing the rest is simply FAKE NEWS from disgutnled employess who never created a single dime of ROI. I am the author of Riding the Indian Tiger and my forthcoming book Learning from Failure documents the entire journey around Soteria and its ultimate success. Does it hurt to have fake news and false statement made about you, yes it does especially when your thirteen year old son reads them. For anyone that would question my reputation I would be please to provide mutliple references to include our current invesotrs

Unpaid vendor in a new venture

The individual that wrote this report is a small time tech vendor based in Sao Paulo. Our firm never recieved any services from his group although we did have a contract with him. Contrary to his claims our company has not failed and is now under the leadership of Rob Garrett and an incredible team. There is no doubt that i over hired, hired the wrong poeple and over paid at one point running a burn rate of $230K oer month. New ventures run out of funding all the time but it is those that push on nd dont quit that finally reach the summit. FYI one of the indivduals we hired claimed to have an IQ hire then Albert Einstein so that should give the reader some balance
