I was in a car accident. The vehicle rear ended my vehicle. The police came and wrote a report which clearly said the other driver was at fault. The other driver said they had Windhaven Insurance. I contacted Windhaven Insurance and was able to put in a claim and get a claim number. After that, I was told by Windhaven that I should work with their employee Maggie Chavez, I called her numerous times, but she would not answer or return my voice mails. I also e-mailed her at the e-mail address I was given. She did not answer. I then asked for her supervisor and was told it was Erin Nicklin, who I then tried numerous times to e-mail and call with again no response. I think it is pretty disgusting that they will not even discuss a claim from someone who was in an accident with one of their clients.
