Sent letter and tried e-mail as well as phone contact to return Cortislim product of over $100 with no responce. I lost the original mailing box and need my order information to get proper credit when I send product back for refund.

Since no contact, I have past the 30 day guarantee time, made impossible by them.

Consumer crying "Rip Off" the company I work for is 100% legit and does not steal money or fraudulently bill customers

This is directed to the consumer who claims he/ she was ripped off by Window Rock Laboratories. As an employee of Window Rock, I can honestly state- TRUTHFULLY- that the company I work for is 100% legit and does not steal money or fraudulently bill customers without their consent. The weight loss product sold by our company has been researched for over 15 years and does in fact help hundreds of thousands of people lose weight. However, like the previous rebuttal posted, there is no "miracle pill" on the market that will satisfy every person's demands. Our company offers a 60 day, NOT a 30 day, Money Back Guarantee which comes in writing with the customer's purchase. If the product and company are scams, then how come we are fully compliant with the FCC and have thousands of people reordering every single day? Our product is also now sold in retail stores all over the country. Furthermore, the company I work for, Window Rock Laboratories, is a growing company- and I enjoy working in a modern, sophisticated environment where my needs and the needs of all other employees are constantly met. Unfortunately, these customers who feel they were ripped off by my employer are sadly using Window Rock as a scapegoat for their unsolved problem- most likely their issue with weight control. My advice to them? To further investigate any company who offers a weight loss product and make sure their money back guarantee comes in writing. Make sure they have a live customer service line where you can reach a person need be. Investigate the product through its website, if one exists, and ask around to others who have used the product. If we didn't set a time limt for the money back guarantee (60 days), then thousands of people would be "trying" our product for free and returning it at their leisure for a refund. The weight loss product sold by Window Rock Laboratories is successful for most of the customers who use it correctly, and that is why the 60 day money back guarantee comes in writing. One hundred percent of the product will never work for one hundred percent of the people. Best wishes to all!!

If you gained weight maybe you should put down the pizza and get up off your butt! And if you have financial problems it didn't start with the measly $100 Cortislim charged you. Cortislim can "help" you lose weight. Help is the key word here. You have to do the work to see results. I'm sick of people expecting a miracle when they aren't putting any effort into it and then blaming the companies who make these products. How about a little personal accountability? Get off the pitty pot! And as for the person claiming it's all a fake billing con and they are sending laxatives and old vitamins. Give me a break! You've taken paranoia to a whole new level. Get a grip! I suggest you take some pills to an independant laboratory to see just what's in your "garage" pills.

Hey, you guys! You got suckered into the fake billing con. The way it works is you are offered some trash, typically for free. The average person thinks, OK, I need to lose some weight, so sure, I'll try it. Innocently, you give out financial information. The con artist is good about sliding that in without you even noticing. Besides, you think you are dealing with a big company. Why would they cheat you? In reality, you are dealing with a boiler-room type phone bank. They're not in the diet business. They're in the billing business. Fake billing business! JD, you actually ate the pills? My god! Who knows what they sent you. It could have been anything from old vitamins to medication made for an animal. They don't care. They buy up old pills and stuff them in a bottle. Last week, they could have been using expired vitamins. This week, it could be laxatives, or herbal nonsense than was left over from a company that went out of business. The pills could have been sitting out in somebody's garage before they were put in the bottles. Bugs walking all over them! Who knows? The whole idea here is to get your account number. The pills are just to keep you dancing. If you get something in the mail, you won't be able to scream fraud. That's why any old pills will do. The only purpose of the pills is to shut you up after they take your money. There's a way out. But, it's easier to dig your way out of Alcatraz (the prison). First, search here for the editor's info on getting the charges reversed. DO NOT admit that you received anything. That will take the charges off your account. Your bank will probably block the company from next month's new bills. Once the fake company finds out they can't bill you anymore, they simply sell your financial info to a new fraud. So, you think you solved the problem. Next month, a new charge appears. You go to the bank and complain. The fraud sells your account to the next billing company. Each month, new company, new fake bills. Since you have no idea of the next company, you can't block the charges in advance. Your only real option is to close the account permanently. Now, do you see why you never get involved in this kind of thing? JD, throw that s**t out! Count yourself as d**n lucky that you didn't get sick. They could have sold you pills made for dogs with worms, for all you know. Any place that cheats you with fake bills is d**n sure not interested in your health, right? Always watch what you eat! And, never give out your financial info to someone you don't know and trust 100%. On the plus side, you two may actually lose some weight from all the stress and all the extra trips down to the bank!

I had been taking this stuff for over 30 days and called them because I was gaining weight. My b***s got a whole cup size bigger and my panties are too small. I called the company and they said that bigger b***s is a favorable side effect and then you dramatically lose weight. I think, okay, I will go with it a while longer. They automatically send me another order - way EARLY and charge me for it. They took it right out of my bank! Now I am pissed. I have not only gained weight, now I am dealing with depression over my finances and new problems. That is my experience
