window world Worse customer service, problems with windows,doors ignore,no reurn phone calls,promises never keep, pittsburgh Pennsylvania
It all started dec 2014,windows installed wrong screen door installed we call the office some one will get back to you they nevercall I had to call almost every day.Wanted to report that the contractor lay his putty gun on my dressre and ruin it,Gutters laid in my backyard for about a month when i call and finally got someone to talk to they claim they were installed I said they are laying in my back yard so they send a guy to see and yes they were their.My window sill has water stainsa guy came to see it he told me you are first on my list to stain it well as you must know hasn't shown up as of today.
One of my windows you canot open because it won't close again they send one of their reps he said oh yes i will take care of that tomorrow hasn't shown up.Finally a big shot from Ohio came to seeall of our problems again I will tyake care of this,we call him and he said here is the phone number to call.As of today the problems have not been fix.Window you can't open,dresser stain,window sill still stain,scrren door still have problems with it and nothing has been solve,I wouldn't reccomend this company forw indows or anything else.Oh I forget now Iam sending a letter to the main office of WindowWorld by register mail to the president of the company hope to hear from him.
