NOW TO THE ORIGINAL REPORT THAT WAS FILED

Winning In Cash Flow Business/ Russ Dalbey Wealth Institute Protege program, America's Note Network, RIPOFF @ SCAM artist. Westminster Colorado.

I purchased the Winning in the Cash Flow Business. Well of course I got a few small handouts and then within the week got a call from the real TEAM of scammers.

They of course came off like gang busters telling you that you were one of a very few that would be selected for their special program to really make the money that the handouts eluded to.

First they wanted $6,000. When I nearly choked and told them I just didn't have that kind of cash available they kept me on the line until they reached an amount of $2500.00. I tried to explain that I just didn't have the cash for a program that wasn't going to have everything I needed to get onboard and work without leaving home. This was all I had on credit card. And I had no more money to expend. This had to be the whole package.

I was assured it was everything I would need.I was retiring to a remote area and couldn't get to court houses or search around for notes. I was promised the notes contacts would be provided and I would have all the help to walk me through this entire program without anything else. Even a website that they would build and maintain without any extra charge.

They would provide a list of viable people who had notes to sell and people looking for notes to purchase. I would be provided everything. No extra money would be necessary to build a very successfull business without any further expenditure. I was also promised a 30 day money back guarantee.

Of course when I called to speak with a counselor or respresentative they only thing they wanted was more money. $3000.00 to market my website. I was told if I didn't then virtually no one would see what I had to offer but this would get me on the first page of every important search engine. When I told them I didn't have that kind of cash then I was told "well the program you have is a really fine one". I was also offered additional program's at the tune of $6,000. but other than that I had an online tutorial and that was it.

When I requested my money back I was told I would have to post it today Dec 13th, 2006 or I wouldn't get my money back. And that they would send my request to a manager at the protege program who would call me. I received a call at about 1:30 PM. from Gunner Shroyer. I told him I wanted a refund and that I wasn't satisfied with the program. It was not what I was promised.

He asked me what I had been promised and when I told him he said I did have all that. Well, no I don't and I want my money refunded. I told him I was very dissappointed because everyone I had spoken with wanted thousands more dollars and I was promised everything came with the protege program.

Well, not so. He eventually said he would provide some of these select extra products to me without charge. I told him I wanted a refund and not more. I had a thirty day money back guarantee and would no doubt run out of time if I tried to work with them longer. He then told me I didn't have any guarantee and that only applied to the initial "winning in the cash flow buisness" materials initially mailed out to me.

THIS IS NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD WHEN I PURCHASED the Protege Program. What! I am going to want a guarantee with a $39.00 bunch of manuals and not $2500.00. He continued to say that I was being uncooperative and they would provide me with free programs. When I told him I just wanted my refund he told me they would not give one. I told him I would get an attorney and he told me that I could get an attorney, they would fight me and win.

I am not satisified with this product and am due a refund. That is that. This is not anywhere near what some people have been dupped out of but it is all I had available. That's why they sold it to me. It was all I had. If I had had more available they no doubt would have tried for that also.

I will get my refund and if I have to go to department of consumer affairs, a private attorney or whomever. I am so very disappointed. These people are no different than email scammers.

On December 27th or shortly thereafter I received a phone call from Jed Firestone (Customer Service Aministrator) of Russ Dalbey Institute. He and I had a very congenial conversation and he advised me that refunds for the full amount I had invested had been made to my financial institutions. I had called previously and could find none so I told him I would get back to him. He was extremely congenial and very accomidating. I expressed extreme dissatifaction with the way I had been spoken to by other representatives of the firm and he advised me he would handle that situation. He was extremely kind and accomodating. Shortly after discontinuing our conversation I did, indeed, contact my financial people and found that the refunds (for the most part) had been acredited back to my account on the initial day that I had contacted this intitution. I do not know why the initial representative was so abrasive and relentless!! I do not know why the funds were creditited to my accounts so promptly after being told to "Sc-- myself" but they indeed were. I also found that at a later date all funds including the intital purchase of the plan were refunded. I will say that MR. Firestone is a credit to that orginations!!! But I still have my concerns about others. And I would recommend you do your research before you commit. This is not a venture for anyone without a bit of cash flow to begin with.

I sent a formal request for refund of $2500.00 and they received it (signed for it) on 12/19/06. Haven't heard anything yet. Hope they will honor their promise for the refund.
