Lyda, I ordered two camera phones off of the internet from wireFly.com for Sprint service and when they came to me they were not camera phones. I contacted WireFly and Sprint off of the papers that were provided in the box. I was also told not to us the phone what so ever or break the plastic they came in, if I did I would be obligated to the terms and conditions of the service and phones. I spent about 4 hours on the phone between Sprint and Wirefly to resolve the matter I sealed the box up put the return label on the box and handed the box to the first UPS driver I saw and have heard no more about the phone since. This was June of 2005. So my advise to you is do not break the seal on the phones send them back. IF YOU DID BREAK THE SEAL AND TRY TO USE THE PHONES YOU ARE STUCK.
