Wirefly sells cellphones deals with new connection via internet.

I have my case to discuss that can help others to stay away from this company.

I bought two plans under tmobile with 2 new phones.

One phone is blackberry and this was shown as free after mail in rebates and also coming with free suffle ipod and free bluetooth accessory.

Similary other phone. But when I received phones I was surprised to see that there is only phone but no suffle and no bluetooth accessories.

When I tried calling them, after 5-6 calls finally

someone picked phone after 40 minutes hold and advised me that these accessories will be shipped next day.

Till date I received nothing. I even called after one month and that time, wirefly sent me email with instructions as how to download forms for rebates and also how to get free accessories.

When I tried filling them, I noted that there last date for filling these rebates and accessories has already expired.

Till date no one has answered any of my calls and no emails answered.

SO what they do is simple. Sell stuff and since americans are most busy so they will either forget or if not then if customer ask or call then send email forms after expiry so they need not to send rebates or accessories.

So my advise is DONT buy at wirefly; they are no good.

I have heard same from lot of my friends whom in fact I advised and now they hate me for guiding them to this website.
