The rebate info on line was to submit the forms after 180 of activation date but no later than 210 days. However, after I checked the rebate forms, about 3 months later, to see when would the 180 days start; I found that I was supposed to submit the rebate forms right after the activation date and not after the 180 days. I called wirefly's rebate office and was told that the dates on the forms don't apply to my "deal" and I still have time to submit the forms. So I figured I'm back on the 180 to 210 period. A week after sending in the forms, I called to follow up, but to my surprise I was told that I submitted the form too late. The 180-210 days period does not exist. I argued with them for a whole month, but no luck in getting my money back. They kept giving my the "no manager on floor" answer for so long, but kept at it until talked to someone from a different group and offered my a gift certificate from American Express for $100. I paid over $360 for both phones, and I only got $100. They still owe my $260. I don't know what do. I'm tired of talking to these people. Suggestions please
