Wireless Retail - Trio Wireless ripoff I have been told to enter sales in pos that did not exist, was told by adm about him sleeping with other employees, and now have slanderous remarks being made to associates in the store I work in and to the customers to better other peoples sales. If I Write That They Will Know Who I Am And Fire Me. Scottsdale Arizona
I will most likely be fired in a few days because I told my DM just a little bit of what is going on. I have not told him The details of the situation because it's my old ADM's word against mine.
About 4 months ago a young lady was hired for my store. About a week went by and my boss and I were hanging out and he told me that he had slept with her before he hired her. I don't read the laws nor do I know the company policies in this case, and I really thought he was a friend so I kept my mouth shut. I figured as long as it has no effect on my job I would not say anything. After all thats his personal life.
Well as time has gone by I noticed my sales have dropped and customers that said they were comming in to see me just stopped comming in. All of the people that worked for the store I am in stopped sending me customers. I when I did the research on where my customers went I found that they were activated by the young lady that now worked in this store.
When I told the ADM about this he told me sales was a dog eat dog job and there really nothing I or he could do about it. After doing more research I found that he was helping her take the customers away. All this has told me that I just need to work harder to keep my customers comming back to me. I have a problem. The employees in the store I work in will not talk to me or they give me dirty looks. I did not even have a chance to ask anyone why. They all in a matter of one week started comming up and telling me why. They have been told that I am a racist and not to deal with me.
The employees don't really bother me so much because the ones that are truly friends are the ones that told me what has been said and they are the only ones that matter. The problem is the two customers that came to just to tell me they would never deal with a racist. I guess they never planned on the fact that a few of the customers actualy live in my appartments and see me every day. I don't know how many customers I have lost and others have gained over this, but I'm sure it's allot hell even one is to much.
There is much more to this, however I am reluctant to say on this site because I still work here and I can't lose my job right now. To end I do need help and don't know who to turn to, because every one is friends with the people who has caused these problems.
P.S. I to have been told to do fraudulant things like enter sales that did not happen into p.o.s.
