wirelesscity they rip you off by a phone and it quits working the next day and they tell you t leave the store when you come back to get it fixed or replaced alvin Texas
This is about wierlesscity in Alvin TX, 4/10/15
I bought a brand new phone on 4/9/15 at about 12 noon. at around 11 am on 4/10/15 the phone diedl
so I took the phone back to the store, mind you I paid ($145.00) for this phone so it was not a cheap one .
I go in the store with phone in hand and I tell the lady the phone broke. the first thing the lady tells me is I broke the phone with out even looking at it, mind you i have only had this phone for 24 hours the phone is in pristen condtion it just won't turn on.
The lady proceds to tell me that thay dont stand behind any thing thay sell and tell's me to leave the store.
then i ask to talk to the manger and she get very agresseve and tells me to leave againe, i stand my ground then she says she will call the manger she calls some one on the phone. i dont know what thay said but as soon as she hung up she told me to leave or she was going to call the police so i left its not worth the hassel i calld the comp that made the phone and thay are going to fix me up .
Iam just sayen that a store should stand behind there custamers
