Woodforest National Bank/ Robert E Marling Jr. Kept my account open when called to cancel peoria, Illinois
I had just got out of the hospital on the morning of 3/1/10 and i decide to look at my account and saw that it was being charges every day that i was not using it so i called the bank and spoke to a manager and ask her to close my account as soon as possible because i had just got out of the hospital and i couldn't come in until i was released from the doctor for pnemonia. Today is 3/4/10 and i checked my account and it is still open and being charged a per day charged. I called customer service and filed a complaint and i will be filing one with better business bureas and if i can find out who the owner is (Robert Marlon) i will file one with him. I told them the way money is short and jobs are too, i didnt want to leave this open because i could not pay!
