Woody Buick GMC Bait and Switch Naperville Illinois
I went in looking to take advantage of year end rebates on some of the 2016 GMC SUV's because I still owed on my trade in and these rebates would more then cover the negative equity. Well I found an option I just loved but do to credit issues it was not going to work the way I wanted it to. Instead I was told that they 100% could get me the same car used but only one model year older with 17,000 miles at a monthly payment I could afford. I was told it was a done deal and that I could pick the car up the next day. But I get there the next day to find they were now trying to get me to buy a different car and told me that was the only one I could get in to because of credit. Now the done deal for the vehicle I want will cost me $2500.00 down. NOT WHAT THEY PROMISED ME! Bait and switch! They did this same thing a few years before when my girlfriend at the time bought a used Ford Flex. They quoted us the price over the phone and when we arrived the the price had gone up by $3000.00.
