I too have had trouble with an internet pharmacy that did not deliver my order. I emailed several times and was told each time i needed to wait 21 days before they would reship. I waited once for a reshipped order and when i did not get the order, i asked for a refund. The company responded that they did not refund orders b/c they had instances where people had signed for an order and then said that they hadn't received the order. They then went on to say that they had lawyers checking into this sort of thing and I should make sure no one else had signed for my package. I responded back that I knew no one else had, the postal delivery person would not let that happen and I wanted a refund or I would dispute the charge on my credit card. They didn't respond back to that email, I called the bank, disputed the order and was given provisional credit back to my card and when the bank researched and found that the order was never received, they considered the matter closed. No one is without means to get their money back when they haven't received a product if they have charged it by credit or debit card. Your bank will take care of this for you.
