Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Drivers stay away from this company they are a rip off and will leave you on the side of the road if they are going to get rid of you. I had the worst experience with them if you go to take your home time and they do not want you there they will say you have stolen they're truck. I had the state police even calling the owner Ivan a piece of crap and a for making them chase down a truck driver that was going home for Xmas and throw him out on the side of the road .Ivan Enev is a cheap skate and if you plan on working for them prepare to be embarresed at the local service shop he will let his trucks become unsafe for you to drive so he can save a nickle. When he says .41 cpm to drive for him he really means .38 cpm. You will also pay $35.00 a week for workman's comp ins something he should be providing ., but wait you are not a company driver but an independent contractor that is working as a company driver with NO BENIFITS!! whatsoever. Needless to say the IRS and the labor department are my next reports. And freight brokers I would watch giving these people freight they run hot as hell trust me I know. They care so much about CSA scores cause they know you are looking at them . Take advantage of them they do the same to you. Ive been in the dispatch office after they hang up the phone after negotiating with you. They all talk negative about you behind your backs. And by the way I'm still getting home on time for Xmas. So for all you drivers out there beware this company will bleed you dry then stab you in the back leaving you on side of the road literally

What an attitude towards an Employer

It is totally wrong to say that Ivan (boss) asks me to repair truck so that it does not break down in the middle of the highway.

There is nothing wrong in Ivan's (his Boss's) point of view.

He adds that my boss make me work more.  What an attitude!! Please understand your  working for your boss, please respect him.  In this economy, it is hard to find jobs and such good bosses.

Needless to say that I am jobless currently.

Anything but a good company

Sour grapes is right, that dead beat owes me$ 2,000 If World Way is such a good company why are you not still there? Im out here running the same roads as his drivers and since last Christmas I've ran into 2 and either one had anything nice to say about that crook. Explaining what Mr Enev did and how he owes me for services rendered, which by the way is going to court. But in both driver cases they both have had circumstances were they were shorted on miles and services rendered. Makes me wonder since my conversations with them they are still there. Probrably not, just like you.

I worked for world way for most of 2013 and my experience was nothing like what the complaint I read. The complainer seemed to have sour grapes. I drove for Ivan Enev and was impressed with his knowledge of and care of his commercial vehicles. My experience was that if I was going to be angry about maintainence it was because of being held up at the shop because Ivan kept finding more things to fix. His reasoning is better to fix it now then be broke down on the highway. If things happened on the road he would do what he had to to get the truck on the road.. any financial arrangements were as agreed to and he never flipped it or changed anything without agreement. You agreed to whatever your situation was most likely. If you followed thru and got to your destination as agreed and if you communicated to the company and kept them informed then they were easy to deal with and were fair..the nature of the business is that you can't always be exact on home times. Buy your own truck and be your own manager and see how you do.

Going to bring you the truth and the facts right here.

1.If you drive for this company you will go home whenever they can get you there. They do not care about when because they cannot get you there when you need to be. When I give you a date it is that date not after nor before.I gave World Way freight 3 weeks notice for my hometime and it fell on deaf ears obviously a break down in communication or maybe they just didnt care either way unacceptable. I told Ivan Enev that i was catching a flight from home on the 23rd of DEC.How i ask am I catching a flight on the 23rd when im in customers dock. And was told that last load delivered was as close as you could get me to home. And was the reason that has eluded you. Evident that they do not have customer base to get you home but rely soley on brokers to move you around the country. They will not deliver on hometime promises.

2. This company does not care about their drivers whatsoever. They filed a false Police report with the TN State Police. Reporting a vehicle stolen when it was cleary not and really pissed off both state troopers for wasting there time and having to take care of Ivan Enev s buisness matters for him. He ordered the State Police to evict me out of the truck in the middle of nowhere.  All my belongings and some that I could not carry on the side of the road in the rain 2 days before christmas. That is the company I am describing to you readers. That is how they treat there drivers. Beware and be warned!!!!!

2.Ivan Enev claims to be a good mechanic but clearly is not that intelligant and obviously not a good mechanic because he is to stupid to no what that chirping noise is coming from the steer axle. Read the manual if you can even read. He will tell you that the truck does not need this or that on the road like he is driving in the front seat next to you. When the mechanic lubing my truck is telling me otherwise just to save a dollar at your CSA points expense. Then he will fight tooth and nail withe the people at Speedco and threaten not to pay. He is so embarrassing 5 hours at speedco for lubing  the truck and fighting with everyone on paying them. What a cheap a*s.

3.And as for being paid if you leave or terminated they will not pay you he owes me 4,957 miles ran and he will not come to pay like everything else is like pulling teeth to get money out of this man. No worries my attorney is on it as well as The Illinois Department of Labor as well as the IRS. Protecting you investment you said You wete better off letting me go home then I would have returned your truck and we could have parted ways. But you have now started down this road and I am not stopping till you pay me what you owe me!!! I have your Bills If you want them pay me.is the only way you will ever see them.

World Way for Timothy Boyle

Hello everyone,

I’d like to bring little more clearness into this report.

Mr. Boyle was dispatched with a load that pucks up form KY and goes to FL (30 miles away from his home town) the load was delivering 12.23.2014. Getting him this load shows how big of a “problem” we have with him taking his home time… Unfortunately Mr. Boyle never report that he got unloaded or reply to his Qualcomm messages for the new load even though he read them. He was not answering his phone either. He decided to take a company vehicle in unknown direction… few hours later he met the law enforcements and he was asked to surrender the company vehicle. Until this day I cannot understand what made him take these actions. Instead of him going home with a load and making money he decided to cause troubles.

As far as the vehicle safety, the truck that Mr. Boyle drove is 2015 with 30 000 miles on it. When Timothy Boyle was assigned to the truck the truck was brand new with few hundred miles on it. At the time of delivery of this vehicle we get three different reports - two of them from the manufacturer and one from the local dealership. This vehicle is meeting every exciting requirement. Mr. Boyle is a type of driver who would come to me and ask me why the truck horn is beeping after he gets out of the truck….. For those of you who don’t know now days the trucks are very sophisticated machines and they will notify you that you have NOT set  your parking brakes and you have opened your door. This is how “great of a driver” Mr. Boyle is!

In conclusion I want to say that Mr. Boyle is not the only driver who has left our company, we are not the best fit for every driver just as well as not every driver is what we are looking for. However the way you leave things behind you speaks a lot about the type of person you are, Mr. Boyle chose to take this pat we had to protect our investments.

The last fact I want to share with you is that only one of our drivers couldn’t make it home for Christmas. How many companies can say that?
