World Way Freight Transport Will try to f*** you over Wood Dale IL Illinois
All truckers BEWARE, Ivan the owner of World Way Transport is a lying, sneaky, back stabbing, DOT calling, Money stealing type of guy. When I first started with World Way Transport, Ivan made me feel like he really cared for his employees. He told me two things.1.He would never take money from my check without telling me first. 2. I would only drive OTR not regional east coast..... LIE, LIE, LIE. Not only did he dip into my check not once, but twice without let me know first. Dispatch sent me to the East Coast for all my loads.
I express my concerns to Ivan numerous time. Nothing was done, my concerns went threw one ear and out the other. So being the type of guy that I am, I felt like it was time for me to move on. So I started applying for opportunities with other companies. As the calls started poring in for reference checks, Ivan became very SALTY towards me. On Friday, September 11, Ivan had me pulled over at a toll booth 30 miles from my drop, by DOT just to check my logs. This caused me to miss my drop.
I knew I had to remove myself ASAP from World Way. On Monday, September 14, I returned Ivan his truck and told him I was done. Ivan stated, " YES, I was done in the Trucking Business all together". Ivan has slander my name threw the mud with every potential employer that has called him. Ivan told them that he fired me on Friday, when I parted ways with him on Monday.... Just warning all truckers, Ivan will find any way to F*** you over.

So this Ivan who owns this company, "had" the D. O. T. pull over one of his own trucks so that the D. O. T. would get him into trouble? Thanks for the laughs!
