In November of 2001, a customer care represenative of Worldcom came to my boyfriend's office selling the wireless service. her tactics were short and misleading, but the deal sound too good to pass on. After all the paper work she left us w no phone for a week, it was very hard to get a hold of her, we became very worried and suspicious had we given our personal info to this lady. well, after recieving our cell phone, it was not even connected, till the next week. so 2 weeks after signing a contract, did we finally have service.

About 3 mth passed, we did not recieve our first bill yet.

unfortunatley into the 3rd month, I had lost my my purse and inside of it was the cell phone.

i had tried NUMEROUS of time to contact Worldcom, to report my lost phone. everytime i had called, the holding time was under 40-20 minutes!!!!!!!! i had lost patients w them. their waiting time on the phone was ridiculous.

**I had to seek help elsewhere. I called Cingular wireless. told them my sitaution, and they gave me a number to call to i could disconnect my phone service, had anyone wanted to use my lost phone.

During this time i had started to recieve multiple bills from Worldcom on 3 different mobile acct wich i did not have. i was recieving mail from them at least once a week from them, none of which were my own.

i finally had the patience to wait 15 long min on the phone before talking to ANYONE. i had talked to them,,,,explain to them what had happened. they did detect acct info more than one leading to me, and they knew it was a mistake.

*It is just very unfortanate that i must stick w a company, who has literally provied me w NO service. Pretty much they are saying, "Well we know we're not doing alot for you but if ur not happy w us..pay your $200.00 early termination fee.

BLA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i wish i had nothing to do w this wireless company.
