I have a new cellular phone (about a week) have been using it during this time, however I cannot access my voicemail..I have messages there but no way to access them.

I called the company, waited for about 20 minutes...when someone finally answered, she couldnt' find my account on the computer, I told her what my problem was, she put me on hold again, and when she came back I was told that the company WOULD not give me assistance until my account came up in their system.

Obviously I have the phone with their welcome letter, I have service as I have been using the phone!!! How much smarts does it take to realize I am their customer???? She wouldn't transfer me to anyone else either (Company policy) well this company needs some new policy cuz this one sucks.
