If you have a problem with Billing I suggest you contact Peggy Fry, who is Director of owner services at Worldmark by Wyndham. Many people at WMowners.com have her email address. Also dispute with your credit card as unauthorized charge. Also if your interested in buying into Worldmark by Wyndham, never by it in a retail sales presentation. Always by it online-resale for .40 cents on the dollar. I have been an owner for 4 years. Worldmark will also let you recoup your annual dues by going on owner up date presentaions at $50 a pop, (limited to one every 30 days). They also allow you extra free nights (Friends First), if you bring your friends to a presentation at the resort (then you tell them to buy it resale). Then you can get an unlimited amount of extra days with Bonus time. Last year I used 30 days of bonus time. You can get a 2 Bedroom 2 bath Condo in Lake Tahoe, Big Bear for $30 per night mid week in December before xmass.

Do you have the proof that the fax went through - like a return receipt? If so, that should be dated, and if that is the case, I would make a copy of that and the fax you sent them, and mail it. That shows you followed the contract in terms of cancelling.
