I bought a gallon of the thundershield with the so called guarantee. When i tried to call cust service it was very painfull. They basically blamed me. Now they're charging my card for new orders without my permission. Someone told me to go to the attorney gen. Has anyone else had this happen. I just want my moneyback and the calls to stop

Please take notice that National Coatings, Inc. (“Plaintiff”) has filed action in the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas (Ohio) – National Coatings, Inc. v. John Does 1-10, Case No. A1500947 – due to allegedly false and disparaging statements published concerning the company on Ripoff Report using the alias or screen name “hojo,” among others. This complaint is one for defamation per se, defamation, tortious interference with existing economic and/or business relationships, and tortious interference with prospective economic and/or business relationships against Defendants. Plaintiff seeks the following relief: a preliminary and permanent injunction; declaratory judgment; general, exemplary, and punitive damages; and attorneys’ fees.
