Contacted by Chris from this company saying that they had some buyers (even gave their names) that were interested in purchasing my timeshare in Las Vegas. They told me that they were already approved for a loan and that they have already put up earnest money. I was affraid about the deal but my husband had just lost his job and we really needed to get out from under this debt.
I decided to proced with the sale but was told that I had to upfront $900 to get the title search and paperwork started and that the money would be refunded back to me if there were any problems or at closing.
After three months of getting the run around and many avoided phone calls, I decided that I was only paying to list my company in their directory and that they never had a buyer. They could not even produce me proof that they even maketed my timeshare and I could not find anything on the internet where it was being marketed. I then requested that my money be refunded and they said okay and then later told me could not refund it. I then contacted the BBB and they processed a claim this company would not even respond to them (that lets you know what kind of people they really are). I then contacted the surgeon generals office who told me to contact the Board of County Commissioners. This company has yet to get a response from Worldwide (which does not suprise me bc they will not respond to be as well, would hang up the phone in my face).
Please consumer be very cautious when Worldwide Marketing Solutions contacts you. Satan is behind this group of individuals and they are running a poor, very poor business. They took advantage of my husband and myself when we were already facing tough times. My husband still is out of a job we could have used that money to pay on other bills. I have learned my lession and hope that you will never use this company or any other company like this one.
