This is Nick Hill, just wanted to update the message board again. I never received a response from Andrea on this messege board or in person. I eventually located the 3rd party Company that was holding my stuff. They were waiting on payment from WWR and would not release my stuff until they were paid, so I made arrangements to pay them directly. While I have not yet received my stuff, I am hopeful that it will arrive in the next few days. Note, it has been over 10 weeks since my stuff was picked up! Patrick has responded a few times, but it is just his typical stall, saying that he will look into the matter. I've asked a few times for payment in full due to breach and nonperformance and have yet to receive a refund from them. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

Andrea, I would love to hear your take on this. Here is the information now listed on your BBB report. http://www.bbbsoutheastflorida.org/nis/newsearch2.asp?ID=1&strBCode=06330000&ComID=0633000022002135 "Customer Experience Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record with the Bureau due to unanswered complaints. The Better Business Bureau met with the company on December 15, 2004 due to the recent increase in complaint activity concerning customer service issues and delivery issues. The company informed the Bureau that they are taking action to correct the underlying cause of the complaints. Licensing Information **************************************** According to the Federal Maritime Commission this company is not licensed as required to do International shipping. ***************************************** The company has informed the Bureau that its license application is in progress. Additional Telephone Numbers (866) 256-2610. Additional Addresses 1801 S Ocean Drive #941, Hallandale, FL 33009 and 913 SW. 184th Way, Pembroke Pines, FL 33029. Company Management Patrick Costadoni, General Manager Lucy Norry, President Steve Kuller, President Catherine Kaiser, Vice President Alexandria Hudson, Vice President Customer Coordi Cecil Costadoni" So each and every one of the moves that you have done, and skimmed tens, maybe hundreds, of thousands of extra dollars from the pockets of your victims, has been completely ILLEGAL. What goes around, comes around.

Hi, this is Nick Hill. I initiated this posting last week and wanted to give everyone an update. I contacted several parties related to my missing stuff (see above), but I had the most luck with the Federal Maritime Commission (FMC). The FMC contacted EuroAmerica who is the 3rd party holding my stuff and persuaded them to talk to me. When I initially contacted EuroAmerica they refused to talk to someone else's customer. Anyway, the FMC started the dialog and I was able to determine that EuroAmerica was still holding my stuff in California as they are waiting on payment from WWR. EuroAmerica said that they didn't want to be involved in the situation, but they were going to ship my stuff immediately (that was a week ago). Then, the next day, Patrick Costadoni and Alexandria Hudson wrote saying that my stuff was on its way. This is the first direct response I had gotten from WWR in the 3 weeks that I had been requesting status. Their story was that the Company is moving and that the phones had been disconnected in the move process. Anyway, I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that their call the day after I contacted all the parties was a coincidence, but seeing all these postings from other people who feel they have been ripped off makes it hard. I'm still has me worried about my stuff. Patrick said that he would give me details on my stuff's arrival as soon as he got it, but I haven't heard anything yet (its been nearly a week). Alexandria wrote again saying that Patrick was handling my case. At this point I just want me stuff. Its frustrating to know that I have it almost in grasp, but can't quite get it. Its more frustrating that its been 7 weeks since my stuff was shipped and I get more genuine responses from the Company on a messege board than I do in person. ALEXANDRIA/ANDREA, you have my express permission to update this community on the progress of my shipment. Please post to this list everything that you and your Company has and is doing to get my shipment back in my possession. Please, also, "continue" to correspond to me over e-mail.

Kay, this is my second time to respond to you, concerning this report..... The first , obviously, was not posted. I can look into the situation with Nick if I am given a last name to look up the file. I am more than eager to do so.

Andrea, Why don't you tell us what you've done to help Nick? "Factual statements" on your part would be appreciated. As long as your company continues to screw its customers you'll see posts like Nick's. You and Patrick have no credibility.
