Dear Cameron, We regret that you had a disappointing experience with our service. When you called our toll-free 24/7 customer-service support line recently to claim that you had received a $6 charge for a transaction that you had previously cancelled, we indicated that we could find no record of your cancellation, and you indicated that you had no evidence of your cancellation. However, as a courtesy, we cheerfully agreed to refund you $6 anyways, under our "Customer is Always Right" policy. Your claim that we never reimbursed your charges is also puzzling, when in fact these charges were reimbursed (credited), and will appear on your next credit-card statement, reference DW15949.
