Due to the lack of informational details provided by this complainant, we were unable to locate the iFriends account in question, and thus have so far been unable to take action to resolve the issue. As we have previously demonstrated, customer satisfaction is our number one priority, and we will take all steps necessary to ensure this, including refunding charges that a customer incurred but disputes. We are extremely unhappy with the manner in which this customer's concerns were mishandled when he contacted our Customer Care Department, and we want to remedy the type of problem he has described. He details the response he received from a representative a response which does not meet the high standard that we expect of all of our employees. We emphatically encourage the customer to contact our Customer Care Department, which can be reached by calling 1-800-243-9726, and that he specifically ask to speak to a supervisor, so that the issue can be resolved without further delay. We sincerely apologize that this was not handled appropriately when the customer first contacted us.
