I Friends did indeed refund the money, and I am thankfull that they flagged my account. Very pleased with the action they took. Don't know how the information was obtained (as the acount info such as the user name was not a name that I would use) but glad it is flagged agaist further use.

After becoming aware of the above RipOffReport complaint, we were able to locate the iFriends account with Loren's information attached to it. Shortly after submitting the complaint, Loren contacted our Customer Care Department via email. He explained that the use of his credit card was not authorized by him, and that he had no knowledge of the iFriends account that had been created. On the same day that Loren contacted us, we both cancelled the account and refunded the amounts that were charged. Loren's information has been permanently flagged in our system, so that such unathorized use cannot recur. We appreciate Loren contacting us. He indicated in his email correspondence to us that he was satisfied with the actions that we took to resolve the situation, and that he would be following up with his bank to ensure that no further compromise of his personal information took place. Our Customer Care Center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and we will be happy to answer any questions that he may have.
