However, as we discussed with your wife when she called our 24/7 toll-free customer service line ( 1-800-iFriends ), an individual who called himself Larry R***** (short for Lawrence) joined our service on February 26, providing a P.O. Box in Macy, IN, and identified himself to numerous other members of our chat service with the same name, and from the same area of the country. According to the issuer of the credit-card and other information supplied during registration by Larry R****, the Indiana PO Box is the exact same address where MasterCard delivers its account statements for you. Further, the 3-digit "security code" provided to us, from the back of your MasterCard, was returned as a perfect match. Notwithstanding the foregoing, and despite the possibility that, if not yourself, then someone close to you who is privy to your sensitive information, *is* readily familiar with these transactions, we have a long-established reputation for excellence and responsiveness in customer service, and we are especially proud of our extremely high levels of consumer satisfaction, a feat difficult to accomplish for most websites in our market. Further, under our Customer is Always Right policy we always take all steps possible to assure the ultimate satisfaction of every customer, even when it produces substantial financial losses for us.
