WQ Long Distance ripoff Thousand Oaks California
We have recieved our credit card bill, and on the statement it had 2, yes 2 on one statement, charges each for $48.50. And guess who they were from, WQ Long Distance.
Now, we have no use for another long distance company anyway, first off, and neither my husband nor I would have called them because we have never heard of them before. I called them about it and they said they were going to refund one of the charges but the other has to go to a dispute file and I have to call back in a week to find out if they are going to remove the other one.
I am very angry becuase they never had the authority to charge this in the first place, much less not give me my money back immediatly when I called them on it. I do have a problem with them and they WILL have a problem with me.
