These attorneys will not return phone calls My husband and I are trying to file bankruptcy we paid them 3500 dollars. we were told that we made too much money. Then I lost my job, which obviously meant the so called 1000 dollars extra we made was gone, in the mean time my husbands wages were garnished, I called the office 3 times and left messages to advise of my job loss and how due to the garnishment it has made it very difficult to even [pay the rent. in my message i said we need help asap I have not recieved an answer yet from them it has been 2 weeks since my calls and no response. In the meantime I have been carrying us through with my credit cards making our situation even worse. I am now looking for another Attorney and hopefully we can transfer the 3500 to the new attorney because obviously theses attorneys will do nothing for the money

I am now in the fight for my money as well, 623however this needs to be known...695.Attorney David Wroblewski and his family 6126are probably more of a victims than any of us are here! We are instructed to just go downtown to the State Bar & file arbitration against Phillips but from there it seems this matter is just being swept under the rug as individuals. I am asking anyone else that has an unresolved dispute with either Phillips or Wroblewski to please contact me somehow hidden throughout above for further instructions on this much needed solution! Phillips belongs in a prison next to Bernie Maddoff....however you spell that crooks name!

Wroblewski decided not to purchase the Phillips practice in 2011 after finding out that the Phillips practice was in financial distress, despite earlier representations to the contrary.  Prior to this revelation, Wroblewski sent a letter to the Phillips clients notifying of the purchase.  Although the purchase did not actually take place and due to the Phillips suspension from the practice of law, Wroblewski continued to service the clients without receiving the monies paid by those clients.  Nevertheless, many of those clients demanded refunds from Wroblewski for money he never received.  The State bar even reprimanded Wroblewski for not refunding money he never received.
