It should be called WTF**&*ers because that is what you'll say after they screw you. RUN AWAY! This business commits consumer fraud, they represent items as NEW but they are not. When you ask for a refund they give you the runaround. Don't ever ever ever think about shopping or buying from them on eBay. You'll completely regret it. Caveat emptor!

This customer purchased an item in October 2013 and we first heard of any issue in January 2014 when he opened an eBay case and demanded a refund for an item purchased almost 3 months earlier. He refused to submit photographs on multiple occasions, so we were unable to verify condition of the item. We finally escalated the case and asked eBay to make a determination; the case was closed in our favor.
