William Edward McCauley is a con man. He owes nearly 1 million in money from falst investment scams first starting with his fake Maurice deal, then the city waste scam using anthony soave as a name to get ppl to invest in city waste which did not happen, he took the money and used for personal debts and gambling activities. he connned every person involved in his sons hockey activites, billy jr, formerly of detroit redwings jr team and the dayton bombers. he c ontinues to run new scames by getting you to fork over money and will NOT pay you back. he will used collateral that IS NOT HIS and get u to sign forms and screw you out of money. he was fired from city waste and wasteco, former garbage companies he used venders and people to give him money and never paid them back to which he bought his family gifts and spent on anything they wanted, cars, vacations etc. He now runs a company with his son BILLY JR and his wife LYNN K MCCAULEY . aka Key waste and WTI mgmt. they will run up bills owed to you on everything then stiff you. they will always say we will pay but never do there are over 25 lawusits in teh city of warren, and local courts dating back over 20 years to current against bill and his con artist wife lynn. they will lie and manipulate you and play dumb. Currently they owe the city of riverview 250,000 dollars for costs incurred by bill in dumping his companies waste (from key waste) dumpster company fees, they are now dumping in hamtramck at forest recycling. (BEWARE)

puckman19- (19) was Billy jr's hockey number and puckman19 is also the first part of bills email (bill mccauley jr.) him and his brother Mike were the last of the employees the last few years - "daddys boys" neither could get a regular job and neither could get fired and the dad forced both sons, one of whom had a drug and porn problem on the company. With neither of Billy Sr boys having no job skills, Billy jr was thoughtfully trained to drive a waste truck by his uncle, the one he wants to discredit on this forum, how ungrateful, some thanks for giving me a job uncle. Billy is a guy who has credit history himself and has repos on his credit report, like his motorcycle, so much for not owing anyone any money, you dnt pay you get "repoed". Like father like son. Be careful what you lie about Billy. Ask Jack Tocco of WasteCo why he dumped your dad as partner.
As far as an education on partnership the President does not and cannot overrule the vice president in a 50 /50 partnership and any debts created could be forcefully paid by debtors from the partner by the president to the creditors to which (Bill Mccauley seniors name is solely on most of the paperwork) It's called a rogue partner....get an education Billy, you need one. You can keep defending your dad but from what your sister says he ripped you off too and your too dumb to admit it. You can keep rebuttling and pretending but your looking dumber and dumber each time. Your employers, The Stampers in Michigan need to watch their backs from guys like you and your dad.

I i was an employee of wastech and to my knowledge jim mccauley was the president of that company and oversaw everything, so i think we should ask him, but i dont really care since i was just an employee who was out of a job do to greed. That is a nice looking dumpster in the pic so if your interested in selling it let me know.

Submitted Documentation proved : State of Michigan websites state WTI MGMT waste subcontracter was founded 2008 by William McCauley Sr/ Lynn McCauley. Conflict of interest. Wastech William co-owner filings show dissolution not filed until 2010. Billy Jr and Micheal McCauley, both sole employees(2009). Court ordered seizure of 83 of 117 rolloff containers to be held by Riverview land preserve and the City of Riverview and McClain/container owners UCC filings for the rest. Documents state 27 Rolloff containers Missing and stolen. Theft by diversion. UCC State filings website shows 23 filings. State of michigan tax and IRS.

I work for key waste neither bill mccaule or bill mccauley jr own the company the person who wrote the original report is a relative and now has slandered my name and company i work for i have never owned a company in my life and unfortunately this person is trying to give me a bad name without knowing anything or showing any proof of myself or bill mccauley sr owning key waste i would like a full investigation for fraud ,also i have never been sued or have ever owed anyone money
