cards-debit.com, basyltradfinance.com, bexter.pl,licenciafinanciera.com are using a s**t BANKING SOFTWARE and when you receive the DEBIT CARD, they take all your money and manipulate the system saying that you have for example " U$1000 " . Please don't waste your time with these companies.
Ellos no son un BANCO y tampoco pueden producir prepaid cards por que no tienen licensias para hacerlo. Ellos lo que hacen es crear un Banking Software y te hacen creer que son un banco, pero no lo son y cuando depositas dinero luego PING te roban tu dinero. Alexander Rodas Balcero es un GRAN estafador y es el creador de esta estafa . Por favor no TRATES de hablar con el o perder tu tiempo con estos estafadores. Manipulan los sistemas y luego te dan por el trasero.
