CashNetUSA went and took $312.50 out of my checking account even though they had been put on the consolidation credit loan. they said that they did not work with consolidated loan companies, but they should as many people get into problems like this. Now they've cut my account short for a much needed vehicle repair this Tues 12/18/2012. I have reported them to the BBB in Chicago IL where the company is located, but nothing was done. So now I'm out that money!

They are now with the Consolidated Credit Consulting Organization. Just got the updated email today. I also filed with BBB in Chicago where the company is located. Thank you Ripoff Report for your help!

First off, a Payday loan(with any company) is just about the worst loan out there. The only one that is worse is probably a Title Loan as not only do you still have the horrible interest rates, but they have the title to your car. The reason the rates and fees are very high, is because they loan money to very high risk individuals who couldn't get a loan otherwise.
So with that said..your complaint is that they won't "help" you as they "should" be doing. Well didn't they "help" you by loaning you money on the promise you would pay it back on their terms?
Also, where is it written that they "should" accept less than what you agreed to? Sure the other companies did, and that is great for them. But a company that is holding you to the terms you made a legal agreement on is not a RipOff.
