I deposited $300usd with this bogus options trading website August 5, 2014 and made a few trades. After determining it wasn't in my best interest my account had gotten down to $225usd and I wanted to withdraw my funds.

I gave them a call and told them I would like to withdraw my remaining funds, and a rep by the name of federico demczylo told me I had to wait 10 business days and it will be sent back to the credit card I used to make the initial deposit.

It's been 10+ business days now and I tried to call them to ask about the withdrawal but the phone doesn't even ring it just hangs up everytime I call. So I sent an email to him asking about the withdrawal, and he went on to say the only way that I can make a withdrawal is if I place 20 trades. Mind you he told me initially that I can make a withdrawal after 10 days but never said anything about 20 trades.

So anyway, he emails me a section of the terms and conditions which probably was modified anyway, stating that I had to make 20 traditional trades in order to withdraw "my own money". This is absolute abuse of any business practice and this guy is holding my money hostage and won't let me withdraw it.

There's no way anyone let alone a business can take a customers money and put said stipulation on it when I request to get it back. The amount of $225 reflects on my account and I want it back now.
