BAIT with price. SWITCH PRICE when desperate.  This is how the www.FitnessRepairParts.com company operates.  I placed an emergency order and submitted payment.  Waited day after day after day afte day after day for almost 2 weeks.  No delivery.  Finally an email!  They wanted MORE money!  The part was ordered and PAYMENT SUBMITTED weeks ago expecting next day delivery instead they never processed it and asked me for more money?  It should be free after that bad service.  I gave them three to four chances to offer an appology.  Instead they canceled the order. 

HOLLY COW!  BAD customer service.  Unfriendly.  No appology.  No solution.  I explained the position they put me in but they failed the opportunity to say we are "SORRY".  I appears to have been a contrived attempt to exploit the desperate situation of their customer.
