We paid 1500.- for the puppy plus 850.- in medical expenses for her treatment and never received the promised health certificate, bill of sale or akc registration for her! This DDR German Shepherd breeder is a fraud. He sold us an extremely ill German shepherd puppy with mites and 2 different parasites. He is also refusing to provide the promised bill of sale, health certificate and AKC registration info.
