Hi again, You might check with your bank to see if they will do a Reversal of the payment that was taken out of your account. Some banks will do this for you, they will have you sign a form that states that you request a reversal for that amount in question. And they will then reverse the funds back into your account. And sometimes there might be a small fee for the banks service to do the reversal. Tell the bank that the company was not authorized to withdraw funds from your account and ask your bank to do a Reversal of the payment. They should be able to do that for you if it has not been a real long time period from when the funds were withdrawn. Each banks policies are different, but it is worth checking on. If they took the funds from your credit card you can request a reversal thru your credit card company. You should also request to have a Block put on your account that would prevent that same company from ever making another withdrawl out of your account. They would need the name of the company that did the withdrawl as it appeared on your bank statement when that unauthorized withdrawl was made. I hope the company info and the info above can help get your funds back.
