Our telephone conversation with this idiot was to be recorded. What a waste of time. We could barely understand him, he is a foreigner. Then when we questioned him in regards to certain laws and regulations, he indicated that he would have to "research it". What professional would need to do that? Bottom line, this foreign retard had no idea what he was doing. And after researching him online, it appears that he is just like everyone said, a FRAUD and a SCAM.
