I purchased an item from the website www.raybanwayfareruk2012.com on March 27th. On April 2nd I received an email from [email protected] saying that my parcel had been dispatched and gave me the tracking number.

April 17th I contacted the seller as I had not received the parcel. Going by the website address I assumed (wrongly) that the seller was based in the UK. It would not take 15 days for a parcel to be delivered to me from there.

April 18th the seller, Leife Shun, replied to me thanking me for my patience and said that the parcel had been in Ireland (where  I'm from) and that they were sure I would get it soon and would I give them more time.

April 20th I replied asking were they sure it had reached Ireland as I would have received it by then.

April 20th the seller emailed "Would you please give us more time.As it is normal that it will take one month for Ireland delivery. We are pretty sure you will get the parcel soon.Your patience would be highly appreciated." So after saying that the parcel had reached Ireland, the seller back tracked and said it would take a month to get to Ireland.

April 30th I tried using the online tracker and it was broken (apparently). I contacted the seller and asked them to track it from their end. I also phoned the post office and they said no parcel with that tracking number had entered the system.

May 7th the seller sent me an attachment with the tracking details and said that "It was shipped out on 9th,Apr from Shanghai. Then stop updating abroad. It is definitely in Ireland now.As it has been nearly one month passed."

May 7th I replied and said that the attachment with the tracking details did not have a tracking number on it. I also stated that just because something had supposedly left Shaghai it did not mean that it had arrived at it's destination. I also asked for a full refund.

May 8th I received another tracking update which did not look particularly real.

May 8th I again asked for a refund and stated that if the parcel did arrive I would pay the money back to the seller.

May 9th the seller asked me to wait 10 more days.

May 20th as the parcel still hadn't arrived I asked for a refund

May 21st the seller emailed "It is possible that the parcel was lost in Ireland.Would you please pay $20 shipping fee,we will resend you two pairs, one is gift for free. Thanks again.Waiting for your opinions." I then contacted the post office again and gave the tracking details and they said it had not appeared on their system and so had not been received in the country.

May 21st I replied saying that the parcel had not reached Ireland. I again asked for a total refund. The seller has not replied to me since.
