I had purchased 12 Disposable Wedding Cameras from ebay on October 18th, 2003.
Everything went smooth with the transaction. I wanted to purchase these cameras in advance because I know there were more expenses coming up later once we got closer to our Wedding day. Our Wedding was May 30th 2004. When I was ready to bring the Cameras in for development I noticed that one camera had the outside packaging missing and was damaged.
I first thought that one of our Guests had left the disposable camera there, but then I noticed that this camera looked like it could have had the Wedding packaging around it. I opened one that still had the packaging around it and I saw that it looked the same way once I opened it. I opened all of them and they looked the same!
Description of the camera's:
After the wedding packaging was removed, it was evident that the cameras were tampered with. The front right corner was sawed off (cut off), in the back where the film goes there is black tape over the opening and the film was not a Kodak film but a Konica film. The Description on the Auction very clearly said Kodak 27 exposures, but these say 24.
I was very upset, because we had placed cameras on each table and people were taken pictures. I have to say that I was emotionally disturbed by it! I have not gotten the films developed. I immediately went to ebay and looked up the seller's feedback and noticed that he had pulled this before. He had several people complaining about his cameras and how fraudulent it was for misrepresenting the product. I did look at his feedback in October of 2003, but did not notice any of these negative feedback.
I did file a dispute with Square Trade on June 3rd 2004, and reported this person to the IFCC on June 7th, 2004, but as of today they were not able to get any answer back from the seller. He also has a website: www.thesavingsmall.com that he advertises on ebay and I found out through WhoIs under what name the website is registered. The person also changed his ebay name several times, because of obvious reasons. Here are the following names that he had used on e-bay:

Mr. Klein has refunded me my Money and I want everyone to know that he is a reputable person. He himself was ripped off and is hopefully taking action. >>>>>>>> You can trust him!<<<<<<<<<<<< Unfortunately I cannot take the name off the Report, I have e-mailed this Website to do so, and I am waiting for a response from the Website Administrator and Support Group. It seems that I am dealing with two differed people here. Once I have been refunded the $49.43, I will only then take the name of the Report. What you describing is all well and good, but this is not my problem this is your internal issue you will have to deal with.

If you where an honorable Business Man, with a business sense, you should know not to even trust your best friends with Money or your Business name. Because of that statement I just made, I have my doubts that you are telling the truth. The bad business dealing had been going on since the end of 2003 and I guess I was the only person who did not keep quite. I reported you and the only thing you have to comment on is, that it wasn't you who owns the business on your website and on e-bay? PLEASE READ! This was not my selling. I rented out my ebay account and website to someone any he was not honest with it! the site will be closed down and I will never again trust other people with my ebay account or website. Every person ripped off will be refunded
