Wow. This is actually quite humerous to read. Looking through Ripoffreport.com, I see 3 complaints about Wyndham while there's hundreds of hotels! And you think it's a fraudulant company. This is too funny. Guess what sometimes things get messed up, and that sucks you were one that it happened too, but wow...don't act like a 2 year old regarding this. EVERY BUSINESS has hours of operation. So for goodness sake, contact them then! Lol. Go to Starbucks, and I know that they overcharge or mess up. I'm sure whatever job you do, you've screwed up too! It's life. And yes, I agree with the second preson who replied to this. READ BEFORE YOU SIGN. The way they offer some great rates is by making stipulations. And yours happened to be with a strict cancellation policy. You signed it...don't complain. Just thought i'd let you know that this just struck my funny bone.

These people are terrible. Everything about the Wyndham is unorganized and inefficient. I would never stay at one again. I also wrote a complaint about this company. The bottom line is you paid, and did not receive the service. I would file a dispute with your credit card company. Obviously Wyndham can't make revenue without ripping people off. Stay away!

I can pretty much guess what really happened here. Go to the Wyndham site or any hotel site. There are about 20-50 rates. The non cancelable rates ALWAYS require payment for the stay upfront. Once you book it, that is it no refunds. Wyndam has lots of these rates. They also have LOTS of rate that don't charge you upfront. They allow you to cancel till 6pm prior the day's arrival. But these rates you can cancel cost more. A LOT more. I guess you didn't read it right OR if you did you accidently clicked into the wrong rate and booked a special non cancelable rate.
