WYNDHAM Vacation Resorts we provided a trial offer for monthly $99 saying that we can cancel at any time. But when I contacted on the date , they are just passing the phone from one to another.When we took the representative says we can cancel any time. When we call they are saying we cannot cancel after 7 days. what a fraud. Federal Way Washington

washington state allows consumers to file in small claims court up to $5,000. if no wyndham representative shows up, you win the case. you can name the salesman who promised this trial. take action ! there is assistance at the small claims court on how to persue this. stop this scam and bait and switch schemes. get busy and file a claim.
