Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I purchased two kits plus a recommended power harness. The instructions were cryptic, barely readable with even maginification, and on the website the instructions were clear as mud.

I tried over 20 times to contact these people, through sales or support, and there was never an answer: you were always directed to send an email and they would respond in "one business day". Ha!  Their rebuttals on reviews about the customer not following instructions on the support form is probably B.S.

Because these parts are made in China and come in unlabeled, non-descript boxes with minimal instructions - including none for troubleshooting, you are left on your own to figure it out and hwo knows about the quality. The installtion procedures on the website make very little sense, yet everything is supposed to be "plug and play". Ha! I'm no idiot and certainly can follow instructions.

I suspect I have a bad part, which worries me about what's going to happen down the road. Also, the pictures of what you're buying look nothing like what you get. Multiple phone calls and multiple emails have yet gone unanswered.

I would be careful doing business with them, despite all of the flashy promises on the website. For all I know, this might be a "one-man show", as there is no physical address, etc. Be forewarned! I will be happy to update my experience if my situation gets resolved.

I have FINALLY gotten the issue resolved.

These people NEVER answer their phone, whether it's for a sale or for support, so you will always see that you have to contact them via the Internet/email. I did that numerous times over several weeks, and after promises of calling me, they finally did call me and sent out a replacement part for the one that was defective. What should have taken me less than an hour once I finally received what I purchased ended up taking over 12 hours including the troubleshooting, emails, calls, and installation of a replacement part.

This is a very simple upgrade to perform for your vehicle, although if you're in a situation that doesn't work when you plug things in, the instructions both online and what is sent are not very helpful. In fact, I even ordered a part I didn't need because of the way the ordering was set up. It wasn't a lot of money, but it's the principle.

Whatever you do, don't throw away your original bulbs until you are absolutely sure everything works. I would keep them as "spares" in your car just in case this stuff quits working. You would be in a bad way if these suddenly quit and you needed light to drive ...

I definitely would look at other copanies for this stuff rather than do business with them.
