Xist Model Talent - Maria DeSantis - Jamie Jacobson PAYCHECK THIEVES AND TAX FRAUD ACTIVITY IN CALDWELL NEW JERSEY Caldwell New Jersey
Xist Model & Talent in Caldwell New Jersey run by Maria DeSantis and Jamie Jacobson is a fraud. They find actors jobs in the film and television industry, offering SAG WAIVERS with the help of various casting agencies (such as Grant Wilfley, Kee Casting, etc), and promise to send a paycheck in 6 to 8 weeks (after deduction their commission of 10%-20%). However, they maliciously withhold ALL wages of fellow actors.
The problem is that they may not be subject to taxes on the stolen income because the pay is not being received on their TAX ID/EIN#. Ultimately, actors will be faces to paying taxes on income never received. And Xist Model & Talent will continue to steal paychecks and make interest on the money over and over again.
Phone calls have been made to the office buy they will hang up on you. I hope they see jail time.
