Dear To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing this brief complaint in regards to the bussines(') above, as they are one company under different DBA and license. I do have emails and witness regard the statement i will explain briefly. I, Hassan Saleh on febuary 22 2014 rented a 2003 Lamborghini Murcilago from the company or companies above along with a 2002 Range Rover which the rentals were not in compliance with New York State Safety. The cars had bald tires horrible suspension issues. and much more. they looked as if they had just came out of a chop shop. the glossy finish from the wax presented the car to seem all is well. i still rented the vehicle as the policy was stated if i did not comply with my agreement i would lose a portion of my deposit. the car was wrecked by one of the insured individuals that drove the car going to there engagement party. the motor vehicle accident was couple streets from the hall. the cars brakes malfunctioned, as the car fish tailed on a straight, slight curve road onto a tree. The rental company had not provided there insurance nor registration for the vehicle. the lamborghini mucilago was registered in the state of florida. the company gave us a run around on the day of picking up the car. the arrangement was at 11am to obtain the car in my position which was via phone arranged. instead the time went to 1pm, since i had to email and call several times till i finally received an email with the address. which was not a business, yet a back street of a residential complex. since then my insurance company has paid this company out $150,000 dollars plus they have taken my deposit which i was told would be refunded of 5000$ plus more which they took out of my account with out notification. which i gave no such authorization. yet i called and was told if my insurance company does not pay them out then at that point i will not receive my deposit. september of last year my insurance company paid the company. yet i was informed in january by my insurance company of the pay out. i contacted the rental company and yet they played the "i don't know who you are, i will take a message game and have a call return". i yet did not receive no such call i emailed the company yet no reply back. i decided to call the rental company and explain what the call was about. all of a sudden they recalled the time and date and my name. i have a substantial amount of hospital bills, my insurance company did not renew my policy, yet i found another company. this company totally scammed me and i would like justice to be served. i stat rental company since i do not know which company i actually dealed with. i also got a threatening email today from Jason Knox. here are the companies email address. paid 1500 cash for the cars
deposit amount should have been 5000$ which instead my debit car was debited 5343$.
i would like the rental company to refund my entire amount due to negligence in safety for the rental vehicles being put on the road. along with the vehicle insurance if any to pay out hospital bills. due to the extent in damage to the physical body. i would like help in any sort to resolve this matter. i apologies, that the my english grammar in writing, is not so well. i would like for someone to email me with any other possible solutions to have some sort of tranquility placed in the burden of renting with the rental company.
