Complaint Review: xportmarketing - london Internet

 On appx. the 14th of May, 2014. I was contacted by Freddy Jackson of xpertmark to get in on a trade that was happening with Manchester United soccer team. I was told that whatever I invested would be halved again by xpert and put towards the trade. I checked them out and they seemed like a reputable company. That was not the case. I raised 1500 dollars to send them and on the 18th of May I sent 1500 by money gram from Canada Post. A day later I was informed that Freddy could not go and pick up money personally and that I would have to wire it to their bank through an intermediary bank. On May 20th I wired 15010 cdn or 1009 euros to xpertmarket. I was told by Freddy to take a picture of the wire receipt and e mail it to him so that they could get me involved with the trade because there was a time limit before the trade was going to make money. I then made sure with freddy that I was not going to miss out on anything due to the fact the wire was on its way. I was then assured that due to my word and the fact that they had a email of the wire that the money had been put towards the trade. For weeks I went back and forth with freddy asking if the money had arrived yet. I kept getting told by freddy that it had not arrived yet. So I went to my bank CIBC and requested that they put a trace on the money. I was told to wire it again just to make sure the address was correct and to make sure they would get it. I then paid another 11 dollars to resend it and there was no problems from this end.I have all of the emails from freddy and from myself to him showing that I kept asking if the money was there yet. At one point freddy asked me if I had changed the money to euros because it might not go through to his bank if I didn't. At this point I started to wonder what was going on, but I didn't want to miss out on the chance of making a good deal of money and helping both my family and myself. I then received a email from freddy that there had seemed to be a problem somewhere with my account, but not to worry, that trade was very profitable. Naturally I felt great and informed my family and friends that I was finally going to be able to help out. You see my father recently passed and I have been on disability for 9yrs now from a brain injury from an accident. I sent freddy 4 or 5 emails asking how everything was going and making sure everything was fines, but I received a "failure to deliver" notice about all of the previous e mails. I then tried to call freddy. When the phone was answered I knew freddy was the guy on the other end of the phone, but he said he was someone else and that freddy wasn't in at the moment. I was then asked who I was and what I needed. My reply was I am Gary Lovett and I needed to speak to freddy to find out why my emails weren't getting through all of a sudden. I guess he forgot that he told me that freddy was not there because he then said that freddy was on the phone. I then asked why freddy was having his calls screened and then I was told that there was no screening going on but freddy was with a client. So in a matter of 2 min. I was told 3 different reasons why freddy couldn't come to the phone and I still believe it was freddy talking to me in the first place. You see freddy knows I have a brain injury and that I am an Army Vet. so he probably doesn't think I am to sharp. WRONG!!!!! Not 10 mins. after that phone call I was sent an email by freddy asking for my cell number. I then received a phone call from a guy who said he was a good friend of Freddy's and that there was a problem with my account because I had used a investment firm years before to by stock in an oil company. I then informed this guy, whom I believe was freddy again. That I had never used an investment firm. After I told him that, he then said he was a lawyer and worked for a firm that helps out people that invest with company who are shady. He said he was a personal friend of freddy and that freddy couldn't call and tell me or e mail me how shady his company was because he would be fired. He then said my money was sent back and that I should consider the fact that I was so lucky a guy like freddy had a conscience and didn't want me to get ripped off by this "shity" company. He then said, as far as anyone was concerned that there was never any money that changed hands and that I could thank freddy later.I really don't know how they figure to get away with this but it's not going to be with me. I have sent 2 emails to the customer service people at xpertmarket and have heard nothing back. I believe that freddy gets money from outside of the country and then puts it towards a trade that he knows is going to make a lot of money. He then takes the money that xpertmarket put in and when the deal makes all of the money, he just ignores the client hoping they will go away. Probable why he picks people with very little cash so that it doesn't really matter to anyone if they get pissed off. I think he then sends or calls that person if they really want to know what's going on and feed them this b.s. story pretending to be someone else the entire time. PLEASE PLEASE don't let them do this to me or to anyone else. I want the money I was told that I made and I also want the 500 euros that freddy said would be put in my account aswell. Then I would like Freddy's trading ticket or whatever he has to be revoked, or jail time. I have never been so humiliated in my life and in front of my wife, family and friends. I never going to let this go and I need help letting everyone know about this guy and this company. It's about time the little guy got to fight back.
