I dropped off my car and paid extra for indoor parking while I went away for Christmas. The garage was extremely dark and I checked the front and the back of my car for dings before we left. Once I returned home, I stepped out of my car and saw a large dent on the upper part of the chrome window strip. There was white dust still on the window from whatever had hit it. I have a tracking system on my car so I logged in and saw that the car was moved on Sunday and we didn't return until Monday. I asked the owner to check with one of his workers to see if they hit something or slammed another car door into my car when they moved it on Sunday. I just purchased my car and it is completely free of scratches and dents. The dent sticks out like a sore thumb and you can see it from all angles of the car. It is so high up that it looks like another car door had to slam into it and they parked the cars so close together, that seems like the logical way it happened. We've asked the owner to take responsibility and he has insisted that he had nothing to do with the dent. I do not recommend parking your car there unless you don't care about your car. They were extremely un-organized and it is very unfortunate that they won't take responsibility for the damages that happened on their property. I booked through a 3rd party website and they assured me that he has Liability insurance to pay for it. He will not respond to our phone calls or text messages. Stay far away from this company.
